Terms & Conditions of Serenity Bay
Thank you for considering Serenity Bay for your vacation. We are pleased to welcome you and look forward to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please remember we are not a 24/7 serviced establishment but our caretakers will be on call to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is at 10.00am. We do not allow pets and smoking is strictly forbidden.
A rental agreement will be sent to you on payment of your initial deposit. You will receive further information, access instructions and directions before the start of your rental period.
Owing to the strict limitations of our commercial insurance cover occupancy is limited to 8 people. Guests are responsible for the actions of their invitees to the property. Guests agree to keep the property, furniture, fixtures and fittings in good order.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses sustained by any guests that may occur during the rental period. Guests personal belongings are not covered by our insurance please ensure you secure the property when out.
The swimming pool and spa area are serviced regularly. We endeavour to have these facilities functioning normally. However, there are occasional breakdowns due to boiler malfunction, power outages or other issues which cannot be predicted. If the pool is made unusable by breakdown during your vacation, then the refund amount will be 15% of the nightly rate. This will only be approved after checks by our caretakers regarding the nature of the problem and the number of days of your stay that are affected. This only applies to the swimming pool not the other spa features.
